WISH: Her wish is for Luisa Delgado to not be killed, in general for Metro-General to not get attacked by The Hand.

FIT: The city wants acts of good will - Claire’s life, in the past year, has been barely anything but acts of good will. She’s been repeatedly helping Matt Murdock stay alive, and also saved Luke’s life when Jessica asked, even though every time, it put her job at risk. She’s been intent on helping out vigilantes in New York, despite having plenty of issues, at first, with the way Matt handled everything he was doing, and not condoning the violence he used.
It’s also shown that she isn’t exactly against casual romance. She and Matt had a thing during S1 of Daredevil, that didn’t come to last but, later on, they are still friends. She likes to flirt and in such a setting as Cadelle, she would definitely be willing to meet, date, and have some flings. She’s at an age where communication is most important to her, and she would be honest about making connections with anyone.

CONSENT: As a nurse, consent was effectively trained into her. She knows that she can only work with patients that agree to it and she cannot perform procedures without their consent, so she is well versed in what it is, and what it means. She has, in the past, helped out vigilantes that were unable to give consent, but it was to save their lives.
She also has been told of Kilgrave and what he has done in the past, which horrified and terrified her. She is definitely not one to do something without getting consent.
